Made by the Max Le VERRIER Foundry FRANCE, ca. 1930s
Approx dimensions: 13" Tall overall and 7.5" wide at hoop.
Marble base is 3.25" square and 1" high.
FULLY ORIGINAL exhibiting some scuffs here and there breaking the patina.
The entire hoop has it's original patina.
Many of these have been totally stripped and polished silvery white.
Green patinated WHITE BRONZE, a special ART METAL used by LE VERRIER, that give his sculptures the weight and feel of bronze with a superior casting quality.
Some scuffs here and there breaking the patina as images show. Most notable on ankle and top of hoop. Great old patina as well as some dust I did not attempt to remove.
