According to my research, this is an antique English Finger bowl from the 1890s. The interior of the bowl has a wonderful japanese floral design, while the outside has a simple flower pattern. Very rare. Someone is selling a similar bowl on a british auction site for several hundred pounds. The condition of the porcelain is good, only a small chip on the base, but the colors have faded a bit and the whites have browned a bit.
My mom collected antiques her entire life. She loved going to flea markets and thrift stores in search of hidden treasures. Now that she has passed I am selling off her collection.
