ARTIST BIO: Harlem based artist Donovan Mclean has been rendering his abstract art for over 20 years now. He is self-taught from the age of seven years old. The subject matter that he conveys include jazz, abstracts, music, yoga, dance and African inspired concepts. A nationally acclaimed artist who has shown his work at Chicago’s DuSable Museum. His art style is mixed media using oil-based pastels, acrylics, fabrics, leather – incorporating all of these mediums to create an innovating and unique style.
