I have returned heaters from customers who bought the wrong kilowatt size. If you need a heater and it is under 12 KW that you need please reach out. I will only respond to people who have their sauna dimensions.
If you don't know what size you need I can help as well. All of my open box returns are heavily discounted and for local pickup only. I will not ship outside of New York City and must be picked up. Do not ask if I will ship.
