Free Cusinart Smart Power Duet/Blender that needs a piece in orde work

It is complete with all the pieces with glass blender and plastic food processer with chopping blade and shredding discs.
The broken piece is the part that connect to the food processor and glass cup base. It is plastic and appears to have melted. (see pic.)
Other than that it works fine. and I have all the pieces. Some I have never used and are still in the bag. For some reason there are 2 food processor cups and blades.
It was used only a handful of times before it broke down.
It was a gift and was used so seldomly the warranty had expired.
If you want to try your hand at it and look for the piece to fix it it is yours for free or else it will be going to the scrap yard.
