The sunlight in the morning is truly exquisite — the whole apartment turns into a box of glowing light. Dish washer, washer & dryer, two sinks in the bathroom, brand new kitchen, big bedroom closet. A projector with Apple TV and a Sonos speaker.
Included in the sublet will be access to all of the buildings amenities:
- Great, new gym on the 7th floor of the building
- Huge co-working space
- Outdoor areas with fire pits and grills

I am a 36 year old designer and engineer. I grew up in Vermont and have lived in NYC several different times since college. My apartment is clean and well organized. The building allows pets. I am open to it but would need to discuss case-by-case.
