Greetings! I am looking to rent my 1 bedroom apartment on 61st Street in between Lexington Ave and 3rd Ave. It's in great condition with new appliances and great lighting, about 625 sq feet. The photos are from before I converted it into a 1 bed with double french doors separating the alcove sleeping area and bathroom from the living room and kitchen area.

It's steps away from Bloomingdales and some of the best restaurants in the city, as well as a short 3-block walk to Central Park. It's also incredibly convenient with the NQRW, 456, and F subway stops all within 1-3 mins walking distance. I lived there for over a decade and loved every minute of it.

I moved to Brooklyn in February but am not ready to sell, so I'm looking for a good tenant in the meantime to enjoy everything the building and neighborhood has to offer. I will be dealing with the tenant directly and available anytime for apartment needs by cell.

The lease would begin in mid January 2026 and would be for 1 year with the opportunity to renew for a second year.
