The building has a security system for your safety. It's on the top floor of the bldg, the 3rd floor. It has a full bath and a half bath (meaning the half bath doesn't have a shower/bathtub, the full one does). The bldg is family friendly. Unit is cable ready however you need to get your own cable service.
There are stainless steel appliances (stove and fridge) though the pictures haven't been updated yet.
Centrally located.
Four (4) blocks away from the beach. Lincoln Road is walking distance. Half a block from Flamingo Park which includes tennis courts, swimming pool, soccer pitch and football field. Close to public transportation. Good public schools close by for those of you with children.
