Growing dynamic licensed Home Decor wholesale/import company in Midtown NYC (2 blocks from Penn Station) seeks highly motivated, detail oriented person to assist in Sales Orders entry, Shipping, Invoicing, and other general accounting duties.

• Outstanding communication abilities; interaction with various departments, suppliers, customers, 3PL
• Computer literate, very proficient in Excel;
• Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus, but not required.
• Superb follow-up skills.
• High level of accuracy;
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills. Must be proactive and think on your feet.
• Excellent organizational & time management skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. This is a very busy place!
• Ability to work independently, quick learner, team player.
