Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of sugaring services, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for clients.
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance for optimal results.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Assist in promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently
Requirements:
- Valid waxing/esthetician/cosmetology license in New York State (can be in school while training)
- Experience with customer care.
- Professional, clean, and client-focused
- Reliable availability and strong work ethic
- STRONG communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and appointment scheduling software is a plus
