As part of a local franchise system, we use commercial-grade materials to create stunning displays that make our clients' properties the envy of the neighborhood.
We're growing fast and looking for energetic, safety-conscious installers to join our team for the busiest and most exciting time of year!
The Role
As a Holiday Lighting Installer, you'll be the hands-on expert bringing holiday cheer to life. You'll work alongside a small, dedicated team installing professional LED lighting displays on residential homes, commercial buildings, and small trees. This isn't just hanging lightsâit's creating memorable experiences for our clients!
What You'll Do:
Install commercial-grade LED holiday lighting systems on residential and commercial properties
Work on rooflines, gutters, trees (under 30 feet), and building facades
Safely operate ladders, lifts, and installation equipment
Perform service calls throughout the season to address issues like fallen lights or wreaths
Complete takedown services at the end of the season
Maintain and organize lighting inventory and equipment
Complete 5-10+ installations per week during peak season
Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand with enthusiasm
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
OSHA safety training certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
Comfortable working at heights on ladders and roofs
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently and complete multiple jobs per day
Excellent time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in holiday lighting installation, landscaping, or construction
Knowledge of electrical systems and LED lighting
Experience with commercial-grade installation equipment
Customer service experience

Physical Requirements
Ability to work at heights (roofs, ladders, lifts)
Comfortable working outdoors in cold weather conditions
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and kneel for extended periods
Lift and carry equipment and materials up to 50+ lbs regularly
Manual dexterity for detailed installation work
Schedule
Peak Season: November 1 - December 15
Typical Hours: Full-time hours with flexibility based on project demands
Weekend availability required during peak installation period
Some evening work may be necessary to meet client deadlines
