Job Description:
We are a high-end tile installation company looking for a skilled Tile Installer who knows what they’re doing.
This is not a helper position. You must be able to install on your own, think ahead, and produce clean, professional work without being babysat.
We focus on quality over speed and expect the same from our installers.
Responsibilities:
• Full tile installations (floors, walls, showers)
• Proper layout planning and execution
• Waterproofing (Schluter Kerdi, Laticrete systems, etc.)
• Mud work and prep (bonus if experienced)
• Clean cuts, miters, and attention to detail
• Work clean, stay organized, and respect the client’s home
Requirements (Read Carefully):
• Must have real tile installation experience (not just assisting)
• Must understand layout, leveling systems, and proper thinset coverage
• Waterproofing knowledge is required
• Ability to work alone or lead a helper
• Must show up on time and be reliable
• Must have your own transportation
• Tools are a plus
Work Area:
NYC (all boroughs) + Nassau County, Long Island
