Vintage A.O. Spencer, binocular microscope with carrying case and separate B and L illuminator, both made in the mid-1900's.

Designed for transparent/translucent microscope slides that are prepared to view biological samples.

The microscope includes:

* Two 6X ocular lenses.
* Two 10X ocular lenses.
* One Spencer Lens Company objective lens 10X (16mm - N.A.O.25).
* One Spencer Lens Company objective lens 44X (4mm - N.A.0.66).
* One Spencer Lens Company objective lens 95X (HOM. 1mm - 1.8mm - N.A.1.25).

The microscope includes an adjustable light diaphragm attached to the underside of the stage.

The microscope is labelled "National Mfg. Corp, Plainfield, CT" on the base.
