We are looking for a motivated, goal‑oriented Masonry Sales Representative to join our team. This role covers the sale of high end residential Masonry projects consisting of full outdoor renovations- pools, patios, outdoor kitchens, custom fire pits, pergola/ pavilions, landscape design, driveways, walkways and more.If you thrive on closing deals, enjoy working with customers, and want unlimited earning potential, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through networking, canvassing, referrals, and digital outreach
Build strong relationships with homeowners
Conduct on‑site site visits to with homeowners to discuss their project and gather information necessary to prepare proposals and a 3D digital rendering
Present proposals, financing options, and service plans
Work closely with the Foreman to execute the clients vision
Negotiate terms and close sales with confidence
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Stay current on Masonry products
Represent the company professionally in the field and online
Qualifications
Must be highly motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working independently
Proven experience in Masonry and outdoor home‑improvement sales
Strong knowledge of current outdoor high end residential trends, materials and installation methods
Must be creative and able to conceptualize and design clients outdoor project with the ability to create natural flowing spaces incorporating a balanced of blend of high-end masonry materials to create inviting and warm spaces for our clients to enjoy
Strong digital skills — comfortable using mobile apps and digital presentation tools (iPad)
Excellent communication, customer‑service, and negotiation abilities
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Base pay + commission
