About the role
We are a growing construction/remodeling and development business seeking a highly organized, reliable Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to run day-to-day office operations and keep projects moving. You’ll handle admin, scheduling, vendor/client coordination, and office systems. This role can grow into full Office Manager responsibilities.
Schedule
Full-time, in-office (Williston Park)
Monday–Friday (set hours)
Compensation
$60,000–$85,000 base (depending on experience) + PTO + paid holidays

Answer calls, triage requests, take detailed messages, follow up
Manage shared inboxes; draft professional emails and client updates
