Receptionist / Office Assistant

Restoration company seeking an enthusiastic, punctual and well-organized individual to be part of our proactive team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Clerical duties that include scanning, faxing, filing and organizing paperwork
Answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
Generate memos, letters, emails and reports when appropriate and/or necessary
Computer savvy and social media skills
Effective communication skills
Dedication to assist the office in the completion of projects in a timely manner
Assist with office tasks as needed


2-year college credits
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast pace environment
Must be proficient in handling office equipment including telephones, printers, photocopy machines, etc.

Dependable and punctual
Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, notepad etc…)
Accounts receivable a plus
Internet marketing a huge plus

Our company is specialized in repairing home damage caused by fire, water, wind, sewage, and natural disasters. Our new state of the art office is currently under construction in New Hyde Park. Currently we are located in Queens and looking to fill the position ASAP. Our primary attention is the satisfaction of our customers that's why we offer an honest approach at a competitive price.

We are willing to train the right candidate. We offer competitive wages and a two-month trial. Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience.
