We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for a full-time Secretary / Office Assistant.
Our company handles emergency restoration, insurance claims, water/fire/mold jobs, and fast-moving daily operations — we need someone who can keep up and help keep the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phones & more
• Assisting with paperwork, estimates, and customer files
• Data entry, emails, follow-ups, and organization
• Communicating between technicians, customers, and management
• Multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements:
• Able to take direction well
• Works fast and under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computers, phones, and office tasks
• Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
Pay: Based on experience (starting at $24~ an hour and can go upward of $35~ an hour)
