We are a reputable repossession company seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative for our Lynbrook office. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, exceptional phone handling capabilities, and a professional approach to customer interactions, particularly involving sensitive situations with individuals whose vehicles have been repossessed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls professionally.
Provide outstanding customer service, effectively handling emotional or challenging interactions.
Coordinate between finance companies, customers, and internal staff.
Perform accurate data entry and administrative support tasks.
Navigate and manage multiple client-specific administrative websites.
Operate standard office equipment including fax machines, scanners, and copiers.
Maintain organized digital files, email correspondence, and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Moderate computer proficiency, including email, internet navigation, learning client portals, and data entry.
