Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route phone calls and emails
- Maintain records, update schedules, and file paperwork
- Support management with light administrative tasks
- Provide friendly, professional service to clients and team members
- Social Media responsibility
Requirements:
- U.S. citizen (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office or similar)
- Dependable and punctual
