Seiko Quartz Mantle Table Clock Solid Clear Cut Glass Crystal Rotating Pendulum. This clock works fine when you lay it flat but when you put it vertical it second hand stops turning. So, I believe it needs to be opened up to figure out if the angle is slightly off.
