We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our fast-paced medical office. This role combines administrative support with front desk responsibilities and requires a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individual.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a “no-task-too-small” mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and greet patients professionally
Handle general correspondence (emails, memos, documentation)
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail
Support daily office workflow in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Spanish REQUIRED
Experience in a medical office setting preferred
Knowledge of No-Fault and Workers’ Compensation is a PLUS
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Punctual, reliable, and professional
Ability to work independently and follow direction
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic computer and data entry skills
Schedule:
Full-time position
