Locations: Brentwood , Commack, Centereach, Ridge, Massapequa, Northport & Others
Shifts: Flexible scheduling available – Days, Evenings, and Overnights, PT and FT
Pay Rate: $16.50 -$18 per hour
Responsibilities
Assist with personal hygiene needs, including toileting, showering, and grooming.
Support meal preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
Monitor and document client progress, behaviors, and health changes.
Escort clients to medical appointments or community outings.
Facilitate participation in structured programs such as Day Habilitation or training centers.
Provide companionship and foster social engagement.
Report incidents or health concerns promptly to the program supervisor.
Assist in inventorying personal belongings to ensure clients are properly clothed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (must provide documentation).
Completion of Quantiferon testing (TB test)
Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or assisted living is a plus
