There is a stand. Just not sure anyone wants the whole thing. Base was made of concrete.
The umbrella & the little stand attached is about 6 feet high. If you take the additional stand( It comes with it ) is about 11 feet high. About 8 feet wide when opened.
It is used & not clean( it is an outside Umbrella. You can clean it. We do not want to, it always get dirty again)
It retails for $350 . Getting it for $50 is because it is dirty. . PRICE IS FIRM !!!
