Seafood Mania is looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team! We are a fast-paced seafood restaurant looking for someone who is passionate about food, organized, and able to keep up during busy service.
Requirements:
• Previous line cook experience required
• Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to Seafood Mania standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Assist with prep work and kitchen setup
• Follow all food safety and health regulations
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
