Job duties:
• Prepare and cook all catering orders to meet client specifications and deadlines.
• Plan and execute advance food preparation to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion.
• Maintain organization of catering orders, ensuring accuracy and seamless kitchen operations.
• Cook prepared dinners for the grab-and-go case, adhering to quality and presentation standards.
• Prepare traditional American deli salads for the deli case, ensuring consistency and freshness.
• Sauté specific vegetables and prepare chicken cutlets for the deli case, following established recipes and portion guidelines.
• Balance simultaneous production of catering orders, deli items, and grab-and-go offerings, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Assess kitchen needs daily, determining task prioritization to maintain smooth operations.
• Lead the kitchen team respectfully, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient teamwork.
• Actively contribute to food preparation and cooking alongside the team, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
• Take initiative to address operational needs and improve kitchen processes proactively.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including thorough cleaning of pots, equipment, and workstations.
• Keep walk-in box and product storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
