• Prepare and cook menu items according to Montana Brothers standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Ensure food is cooked and presented with consistency and quality
• Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate orders during busy service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep work, portioning, and inventory as needed
