Almost impossible to find these days...a cool looking vintage ADMIRAL TUBE Radio.
Chassis 4A4, Model Y3509, SERIAL No. L268492.
I'm 100% sure that it is from 1963 - 1964.
It has a Dark Charcoal thick plastic cabinet and pressboard backing.
It is excellent Vintage Condition, and was stored for many years.
"YES" the Radio is working. The Sound is good. Vacuum tubes light up, etc.
The radio has all the original knobs.
The cabinet is in good condition.
A really nice retro Radio...and should be dependable for regular usage.
Would make a great prop for a vintage room.
The Radio looks like it was caught in a time warp!
Will look great in any retro room...and as stated above, it works.
Get a working tube radio while you can...you may not see another one like this for some time.
Remember, just the tubes and parts alone are worth a decent amount so please be reasonable.
Thank you.
