2001/2014 Sea Ray 245 Weekender- Has Misfire - Winter Project - $8,000

BOAT CURRENTLY HAS A MISFIRE! Cylinder 5 has 0 Compression.
This is easily a $20k boat if the motor was running fine - which is why I am only asking $8k.
The boat includes a Dual Axle Trailer (No paperwork for the trailer)
Other Boat Details:
-Full canvas enclosure- in good shape but a few zippers need changing from sitting in storage (myself or the previous owner didn't use it)
-Full Mooring Cover
-New Manifolds & Risers
-New Batteries
-New Spark Plugs and Wires
-Full Cockpit cushions in good shape and redone a few years ago with minimal wear & tear
-Full Cockpit Carpet - good shape (one red stain)
-Older Garmin Unit - works okay
-Standard Clarion Radio - works good. AM/FM only.
-VHF radio does not work
-All gauges work - Some are a little foggy
-Interior is very very clean. Near perfect, other than a small rip on the starboard side upper bolster cushion
-Has a Portapotty/Head
-Sink/Stove in the Galley
-Interior drops into a bed or a table top
