If you just want a good bicycle this is for you.
If you are a fanatic:
- it could use a new seat, only because the vinyl is worn. Otherwise it's fine
- take it to a shop and get the $40 tune-up.
Chain and sprockets are degreased and fresh lubed. Body and wheels are completely cleaned and detailed.
