There is a fan exhaust hood mounted above the grill.
If you are Interested in installing this, we can supply bricks and necessary three-quarter black steel piping for the gas line.
The steaks prepared on this grill, are of the highest tasting quality. The reason being is that the pit below the cast-iron grill contains lava stones. This was the key to the restaurant’s successful results. The grease from the meat is allowed to drip on the stones with the resulting smoke enhancing the flavor of the meat being grilled.
It is currently installed in a twenty by twenty foot garage motified turned into a private pub.
