We are a licensed Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC) looking for qualified individual or entity to lead or partner on projects in the northeast Florida area. The ideal candidate will have 20 + years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
1. Residential Construction
2. Commercial Construction
3. Construction Management
4. Design-Build Operations
If you have experience managing a crew of tradesmen (Masons, Carpenters, Mechanical (HVAC), Plumbing, Electricians, etc.), and interested in partnering on Florida projects, let's talk.
Initial operations may be in northeast Florida but looking to expand to other parts of the state, once business is established.
