Microwave: MG Appliance (Home Depot) Over the stove with exhaust, Good Condition, all works.
Refrigerator: Whirlpool Double Door with Icemaker, Ice water works intermittently, needs door gasket, otherwise works OK.
All good second kitchen or rental unit. Must sell, new stuff coming. Must pick up, on porch, three steps up.
