I am the original owner of this beautiful set. Purchased in 1985, it served me well for over 20 years. Now I use the only the 10x8 and 13x9 along with a small Slingerland marching snare drum converted into a bass drum for gigging and practice.

Meticulously maintained, there are only a few blemishes as would be appropriate for a set 40 years old.
Made in Japan, of all birch shells, with 15 coats of laquer, these sound so rich. They all have the original bottom clear heads as is the front bass head with "Yamaha" emblazoned on it.

I tried to photograph each drum so that the badge and serial numbers are visible. I can provide the serial numbers separately if you request.

Please let me me know if you need further info or more pictures. What you see is what is for sale except for the stand that mounts the 10x8. You would likely prefer another more sturdy stand than what I used for the picture.
