About Me
I’m a rising photographer and content creator, based in Jersey City and working daily in New York City.
I move fast, I have new ideas every day, and I need someone full-time to help me organized, and turn ideas into reality.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish & English), highly organized, and able to bring structure to fast-moving creative ideas. This role is central to supporting photography projects, client interactions, and the launch of new digital products.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture and organize ideas in real time, turning them into actionable tasks.
• Provide daily support during photoshoots, meetings, and creative sessions.
• Coordinate with models, clients, and collaborators in both English and Spanish.
• Manage logistics: scheduling, errands, props, and preparation between shoots.
• Assist in project execution — ensuring deadlines are met and details are not missed.
• Maintain clear daily records of priorities, progress, and pending actions.
Required Qualifications
• Female candidate (preferred).
• Reside in Jersey City or nearby (easy commute to Lincoln Park + Manhattan).
• Full-time availability (no conflicting jobs).
• Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and note-taking skills.
• Proficiency with computer and smartphone tools (Google Workspace, messaging apps, etc.).
• Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Preferred Additional Skills
(Not required, but please highlight if you have them)
• Social media management (posting, captions, scheduling).
• Video editing or content tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.).
• Event coordination, client relations, or hospitality experience.
• Digital tools (Notion, Trello, project management platforms).
