The good: Truck is equipped with the reliable 5.3 liter VORTEC engine. Transmission shifts smoothly, 4X4 system engages smoothly. Runs strong. No visible fluid leaks. Runs and drives. Starts right up. Brand new tires, 2 owners. Same family since purchased new. Clean title in hand.
**THE BAD**
Truck will not pass New York State Inspection due to *extensive* rot on the frame. Also some rot is occurring on the bed. (pictured)
Check engine light is also present due to a possible EVAP issue but not diagnosed.
Given the information, this truck is excellent candidate for a donor vehicle, parts, or can be re-framed.
