Strong PC and Mac support and troubleshooting. printing, OS reloads.
Office 365 experience, G-Suite, Network troubleshooting, Hardware replacements
Firewall management, SonicWALL, Ubiquity
• 3-5 years of IT support experience
Hands-on knowledge of Windows and Mac systems, networking, and Windows Server
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenging technical issues
Ability to work individually or with a team
Good time management skills
Professional but casual work environment. Travel to client sites in NYC and NJ
