Strong PC and Mac support, and troubleshooting. printing, OS reloads.
Office 365, Network troubleshooting, hardware replacements
• 3-5 years IT support experience
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac systems, networking, server
• Ability to diagnose, and resolve challenging technical issues
• Ability to work individually or with a team
Good time management skills
Professional but casual work environment. Travel to client sites in NYC and NJ
