The APW WS-2 warming shelf can keep already cooked food warm in buffet lines, serving areas, or the kitchen. Pans can be set directly on the stainless steel surface, which is scratch and ding resistant. Heat intensity can be adjusted using the control knob, and the shelf heats to 212 degrees Fahrenheit quickly. With a rope heating system, the shelf surface heats up evenly without cold spots. In case someone bumps into the counter or table, the shelf has rubber feet that prevent slipping, and the stainless steel can be wiped clean.
