Vintage easel....all wood. Folds flat for easy transport. Family owned since new. From the hardware I would say late 30's early 40's. Very nice condition. Approximately 80 inches tall when totally perpendicular. It functions perfectly and features a much heavier cast solid adjusting rack than the later sheet model versions.
