This lithograph by Austrian artist Anton Krajnc (b. 1949)
Krajnc began to study art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna in 1968, continued his studies at Academia Raffaello in Urbino, Italy and was awarded his M.A. diploma by Prof. Melcher in Vienna, in 1972. A year later, he established a home in New York.
Krajnc's work tends to blend architecture and nature, and illusion and reality, and can be found in such public collections as Brooklyn Museum, Chicago Art Institute, and Tokyo Print Art Museum.
I purchased the lithograph around 1977 and had it professionally framed a few years ago.
It is signed by the artist and framed with anti-glare glass.
Sturdy wire across back for hanging.
