As the Account Administrator you will assist clients with support in producing content, troubleshooting and enhancing their internet-based B-to-B services with: social media, Amazon Echo, Google Home, WordPress, HTML, and CSS, SEO, AdWords, SEM, and other digital tools.
Demonstrated aptitude for customer service via phone, email and chat. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with SEO, AdWords and SEM a big plus. Basic knowledge of HMTL and CSS languages. Working knowledge of Word Press, social media helpful. Effectively work with peers in a team-focused environment. Strong organizational, time management, problem solving skills. Reasonable commuting distance from Stamford, CT.
