This item is preowned but is still in good condition. Last time it was used it worked as it should. Includes several sanding bits in a canvas bag, a dust catching bag, and manual. Does not include original packaging. It shows normal signs of wear from previous use, such as worn corners/edges, scratches, dents, marks, and could use a good cleaning.
