I BOUGHT THIS BRAND **NEW** I USED IT ONCE BUT I SNAP ONE OF THE RODS BECAUSE I NEVER CAMPED BEFORE, I PAID $380 + 19 IN Tax just 3 weeks ago.....i cant return it because they said it was my fault. The tent can still assemble and doesn't effect the erecting the tent whatsoever.
