Introduction Cover Letter

Dear Family,
Please review my credentials regarding the esteemed role as estate manager at your residence in lower Westchester. It so happens that I may be able to bring this family 35 years of experience to this position. My education, training, and wisdom embody a comprehensive enriched style of estate management. From managing pools to carrying out every detail in a beautiful wedding, I can bring a thoughtful, sincere approach to every detail a family may want. If a family needs an extra pair of eyes to carry out their wishes, it is through my eyes that they can feel secure that every detail will be successfully measured and implemented.
At one time, I successfully managed a 15-room home, four separate residences, seven apartments, a small staff, groundskeeping, contractors, construction workers, vendors, four restaurants, family automobiles, family trips, five children, and four pets. I'm especially equipped for handling long-term care for the elderly as well. My education in public accounting, counseling psychology, and human services create a great mix to enhance any cultural environment. There is likely no endeavor that I haven't come across or mastered within an estate in the past 35 years.
One great asset that I bring to the table is the familiarity with lower Westchester and the schools, roads, shopping centers, and the many vendors in the area. Since I was born and raised here and educated, I will likely add a comfortable dimension to an already settled family in this area. If this is not the case, I can undoubtedly quickly accelerate a new family to this area. I will bring an overall high level of congeniality, pleasant demeanor, and professionalism to this family. I consider myself a friendly, caring, empathetic, and compassionate individual.
My main concern is that there is enough staff to supply this family with the needs they require. I recognize that estate managers have to wear many hats, and it's fortunate enough that I can lend a hand in many areas. I trust my judgment second to none, for I am thorough in every aspect of family management. My strengths are confidentiality, supervision, cleanliness, hospitality, grounds, health and fitness, safety, and mediation. I am a qualified family man that understands the dynamics of aristocratic families.
After a careful review of the job description and requirements, it's understandable that there will be a high level of accountability and supervision. For me, to give a family like this ten years of my life, I would require a salary of no less than $300,000, paid as a vendor, a private 401K, paid vacation, no benefits needed, the use of an automobile for family endeavors, a yearly bonus, and overtime pay for weekends and extra trips necessary to complete a particular workweek. The amount of comprehensive management will undoubtedly will require a learning curve. No training is needed because I can pick up helping a family immediately. If there is interest in my help and expertise, kindly contact me at the above number.
