Position: Estimator / Body Shop Manager
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Schedule: Part-time or Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate estimates for auto body repairs
• Manage daily operations of the body shop
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a body shop estimator or manager
• Knowledge of estimating software and insurance procedures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated
