I am a piano technician. I have a CT client who is moving to TX end year. They have a wonderful Conover 6' grand but do not have room in their new residence. Conover is an old established name on a par with Mason-Hamlin. This is NOT a trash piano. I have checked it over and it does need some minor work and a good tuning. The tone is warm, the action tight, soundboard solid, and although it does show wear, is in very nice condition. The piano has been appraised at $2,600 but the owners need to clear the house.

This is a great piano that needs a new home.
