This kit is for the Twin Cams that had the plastic cam chain tensioners, and it converts the bike to hydraulic tensioners, so you don't have to worry about the plastic shoes disintegrating and causing catastrophic engine failure. The kit comes with all gaskets, oil distribution plate, high flow oil pump, timing gears and chain as well as the needed components for the conversion to hydraulic.
