My Way Auto Body is looking for a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our team. We are a busy, high-quality shop focused on proper repairs, safety, and OEM standards.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in auto body repair (structural & non-structural)
• I-CAR certification preferred
• Familiar with OEM / dealer-specific repair procedures
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• English speaking preferred
What You’ll Do:
• Perform body repairs to manufacturer standards
• Follow OEM procedures for safe, accurate repairs
• Work with estimators and team members to maintain workflow
• Deliver high-quality, clean finished work
