According to notes on the box, no lights are working. Tree is 9' tall with 450 ClearBrite lights. First image is Regency International's most recent version of this tree, so it provides an image of the tree's same look/finish, differing only by height and light count.We did not remove the tree from the box, assemble it, or inventory the pieces - we expect it is complete but we cannot guarantee it.
