Financially stable professional seventy three year old working artist looking for short or long-term furnished (preferably) or unfurnished room/studio/guest house/converted barn/cottage. Not interested in any apartment complexes. Have lived in the same duplex for the past eighteen years in Trabuco Canyon, CA and lived in the same cottage in Westport from 1985-2002 and am planning on moving back to Connecticut in the next few months.
